INTEGRATED MASSAGE TECHNIQUES:

  • Swedish Massage: A deep rhythmic form of massage utilizing a variety of techniques to effect the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation while promoting health and wellness.

  • Deep Tissue: Focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow and deep pressure.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy: Manipulates soft tissue (muscles, tendons, connective tissue) to release 'trigger points' (painful, irritated tissue)  utilizing static pressure, muscular stripping, and joint movement.

  • Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT):  A type of bodywork which blends the principles of osteopathy and structural integration to relieve chronic pain, and to reduce the potential for the emergence of pain which could become chronic over time.
